Refund Policy

Standard Refund and Cancellation Rules

As a provider of instantaneous digital notification alerts and subscription-based scraper updates, we maintain a clear **No-Refund Policy** for activated plans. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point, remaining active through your current 30-day billing cycle.

01. Digital Service Commencement

By purchasing any premium alert plan (including Standard or Premium tiers), you acknowledge and agree that our automated system begins delivery of governmental alerts (OJAS, GPSC, and Gujarat High Court updates) instantly. The service starts immediately upon payment verification, credit activation, and allocation of your Subscriber API token.

02. No-Refund Policy

Since our product consists of intangible, digital information delivered directly to your Telegram chat interface, we operate a strict **no-refund** policy for all digital subscriptions:

  • No refunds will be granted once the subscription service is successfully activated.
  • No refunds are provided for partial usage, unused features, or if you change your mind.
  • We recommend that all Data Principals / Users test the **Free tier** first to review the format, speed, and content of alerts before committing to a paid plan.

03. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Go to the bot menu and stop the service, or contact support requesting cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will **not** terminate immediately; rather, you will continue to receive alerts and retain standard access until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.
  • No future recurring charges will be initiated after a cancellation is requested. We do not issue partial/pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a cancelled month.

04. Failed Transactions & Double Charges

In rare cases where a network breakdown occurs during checkout and the amount is debited from your card/UPI but our site fails to activate your plan:

  • Our payment processor (Razorpay) will detect the failed session and initiate an automatic refund to your source payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If you see a successful transaction debited twice for a single order, please contact our billing help desk immediately with details of both transaction IDs (payment token, amount, date) for quick verification and manual correction/refund of the duplicate charge.
