This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for OJAS Bharati Bot subscriptions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate payments or technical errors. This must be highlighted or informed within 30 days of payment to get a refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
