  • Web Dashboard: Live alert tables on our website containing details, department names, and PDF downloads.
  • Alert Frequency: Alerts are delivered dynamically. Our scrapers run checks continuously. If a government department (OJAS, GPSC, High Court) releases updates, alerts are pushed within minutes. If no government updates occur, no alerts will be generated.

03. Troubleshooting Delivery Failures

Because alert delivery depends on network connectivity, server availability, and third-party platforms (Telegram API), delivery delays may occasionally occur. If you are not receiving alerts:

  • Verify that you have not blocked or muted the official Telegram Bot account.
  • Verify your subscription status on the user dashboard using your access token.
  • Check if your subscription plan has expired.
