Zero-Tolerance Misuse & Enforcement Notice

OJAS Bharati Bot strictly monitors account access, usage rates, and access tokens. Any attempt at unauthorized access, scraping, token sharing, or reselling will lead to immediate permanent ban, lifetime blocking, forfeiture of subscriptions, and legal prosecution under cybercrime laws.

Official Status & Career Liability Disclaimer

1. Private & Independent Status: OJAS Bharati Bot is a privately owned and operated aggregator service. We are NOT affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with the Government of Gujarat, the OJAS portal, the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC), the High Court of Gujarat, or any official recruitment board.

2. User Verification Obligation: This bot is purely a utility tool for convenient notifications. Subscribers are under legal obligation to independently check and verify all announcements, schedules, application limits, and dates directly on official recruitment websites.

01. Acceptance of Terms & Age Eligibility

By subscribing to, accessing, or using the OJAS Bharati Bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Bot", or "We"), you ("Subscriber", "User", "You") express your absolute and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and discontinue using the Service.

Age Restriction: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Accessing the Service if you are under 18 years of age is strictly unauthorized.

02. Proprietary Rights & Ownership

All code, scraping algorithms, databases, website layouts, graphics, user interfaces, and the Telegram delivery system associated with the OJAS Bharati Bot are the sole, exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.

Subscribers are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to receive informational recruitment alerts for personal or coaching academy use, depending on the active subscription plan tier. No other rights are granted.

03. Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain the integrity, speed, and safety of the alert system, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

Token & Account Sharing

Your Telegram ID access and custom subscription token are exclusive to you. Distributing, renting, sharing, or leasing access tokens is strictly banned.

Reverse Engineering

You may not decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, or inspect the bot client, endpoints, or crawler patterns to clone our notification software.

Data Harvesting & Scraping

Automated harvesting, data mining, crawling, or scraping of the alerts, content, or API structures of our website or bot is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Reselling

Commercializing, repackaging, or reselling our notifications under another brand name without an active, explicit Academy license is a violation.

04. Automated Detection, Suspension & Permanent Ban

Our infrastructure monitors access patterns, IP subnets, and transaction payloads. If our systems detect anomalous activity (such as concurrent requests from multiple geographies on one token, brute-forcing endpoints, or data mining), we will act immediately.

Enforced Actions on Detection of Misuse:

Immediate, permanent revocation of the Subscriber access token.
Permanent blocking of the associated Telegram Chat ID, Username, and IP address.
Complete block of payment email addresses and mobile numbers from ever initiating future orders.
Immediate termination of subscription service with zero refunds or compensation.

05. Judicial Penalties & Damages

Unlawful extraction of notifications or cracking of scraper mechanisms imposes substantial server overhead and deprives the Service Provider of legitimate subscription revenue.

By subscribing, you agree to the following contractual and legal liabilities:

Judicial Fine & Damages: Any user or subscriber found violating Section 3 (including but not limited to automated crawling, reverse engineering, token leakage, or commercial piracy) shall be legally liable to pay fines, penalties, and punitive damages as defined and determined by the competent judiciary or court of law, in addition to full restitution of actual direct and indirect damages, loss of profits, and server auditing/remediation costs incurred by the Service Provider.

Legal Cost Recovery: You agree to cover all legal consulting fees, attorney bills, forensic discovery expenditures, and court filing expenses required to recover damages or secure an injunction against your misuse.

06. Criminal Prosecution & Jurisdiction

Acts of hacking, brute-forcing, data scraping, and unauthorized database access are crimes under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Sections 43, 66, and 66D). The Service Provider will not hesitate to file complaints with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and register First Information Reports (FIRs) with regional cyber police cells.

Governing Law & Dispute Forum: These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation, dispute, or lawsuit arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subscriptions, or Bot usage must be filed exclusively in the competent civil courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Information Source Disclaimer: OJAS Bharati Bot aggregates publicly announced recruitment details from governmental sites (including ojas.gujarat.gov.in, gpsc.gujarat.gov.in, and gujarathighcourt.nic.in). We are an independent notification aggregator and have zero official affiliation with the government or the recruiting boards.
No Warranty: The service is provided "as is". Government portals routinely change their code, causing scrape disruptions. While we make commercial attempts to restore tracking instantly, we make no representation that notifications will be 100% accurate, complete, or deliver on time.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall the Service Provider be held liable for any missed application deadlines, exam schedule alterations, lack of preparation time, exam failures, career decisions, or any other direct or indirect damage arising from the use or latency of alerts.
Service Disruptions & Target Site Changes: Since the scrapers rely on third-party government websites, changes in their source HTML, security walls (such as Cloudflare or CAPTCHA updates), or network rate limits may disrupt or temporarily suspend alerts. You acknowledge that such downtimes are beyond our control, and we are not liable for compensation, plan extension, or refunds during these periods.

08. Subscription Policy & Cancellation

All paid subscription plans (Standard & Premium) are valid for a period of exactly 30 days from the timestamp of payment verification. Subscription fee balances are non-refundable. Cancellations can be requested, but no pro-rata refunds will be generated.
